Service Cancellation

You may cancel your lawn care service plan at any time by providing written notice to Suppliershappeal. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email, phone, or through our contact form.

Cancellation Timeframes

Refund Policy

Refunds for lawn care services are handled as follows:

Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, you are eligible for a full refund minus any services already completed.

Completed Services

Services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss resolution options.

Partial Refunds

If you cancel mid-cycle on a monthly or seasonal plan, you may receive a prorated refund for any remaining unused services, minus a cancellation fee if applicable.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service performed, contact us within 48 hours. We will:

  • Review your concerns promptly
  • Schedule a follow-up service if needed
  • Work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction
  • Provide appropriate compensation if warranted

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services already performed
  • Products applied to your lawn (fertilizers, treatments)
  • Cancellation fees if cancellation occurs within the required notice period
  • Administrative fees associated with service setup

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we are unable to perform services due to severe weather conditions, we will reschedule at no additional charge. No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations, but services will be completed at a later date.

Property Access Issues

If our team cannot access your property due to locked gates, blocked driveways, or other access restrictions, we will attempt to contact you. If service cannot be completed, it will be rescheduled. Repeated access issues may result in service plan modification or cancellation.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding services or refunds, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all customer concerns fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
